Get webhook delivery

Returns a webhook delivery: the webhook type and payload, the delivery state, the number of attempts and the
reason of the last failure. The delivery identifier is the same value as the id field of the webhook body
and the X-Webhook-Id header.

Returns 404 Not Found if the delivery does not exist or belongs to another client.
